Early morning, yoga and paint

This morning I went to the Playa Flamenca beach at 07.00 to do yoga together with my sister in law.

I just love that spot in this world where I can free my mind and just be grateful to be. Afterwards Orion and I went swimming on the nudist beach just 1000 m from our home. Such a luxury! The Mediterranean sea is just magic!

After such beautiful start on this day I went to my studio where I still am. Here I am preparing for my next painting sized 160 cm x 140 cm at the same time as I finish another painting called "With brave wings", see the image below:
